Off The Record is a mental health social movement by and for young people aged 11-18 in North Somerset.

 

The resources and services they offer are all FREE.

Kooth is an online mental wellbeing community for young people.

 

Young people in North Somerset can access this support for free.

 

It is run by counsellors and the service includes:

  • 1:1 Online counselling sessions
  • Magazine
  • Discussions boards
  • Daily journal

Wellspring are an organisation based in Nailsea.  They have qualified counsellors trained to work with young people. They can support young people around many areas, such as:

Anna Freud is a world leading mental health charity.  They support young people and families.
